買的時候以為是 yoghurt, 食的時候以為是 yoghurt
但感到奇怪, 因為它的口感十分 "傑", 比 greek style 更 "傑"
而且少了 yoghurt 的酸味
原來這是 "fruche" 而非 "yoghurt"
Fruche is kinda European traditional dessert called fromage frais (=fresh cheese). It is made of milk, rennet and culture. The texture is super creamy, smooth and thick.
